Booking conditions

Your contract
Your contract is with Wolfgun Expeditions Ltd, registered in Arusha, Tanzania. A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and send written confirmation.
Deposit and balance
A deposit of 30% of the total price secures your lodges. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of travel are payable in full. We accept card payments and bank transfers.
Cancellation by you
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges: more than 60 days before departure, loss of deposit; 59–30 days, 50% of the total; 29–15 days, 75%; 14 days or less, 100%. Some lodges and airlines apply stricter terms, which we will tell you before you book.
Changes and cancellation by us
We rarely need to change a confirmed itinerary. If a significant change is necessary, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the affected services.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and emergency evacuation is a condition of booking. Zanzibar’s separate inbound insurance is arranged by us.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health certificates required for your journey. We provide guidance but cannot accept liability for refused entry.
Liability and complaints
If something is not right during your trip, tell your guide or call us immediately so we can fix it. Written complaints should reach us within 28 days of your return. These conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
