Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps prior to a contract), to deliver your booking (contract), to meet legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to send newsletters and measure our marketing.
Who we share it with
Lodges, airlines and ground partners who deliver your trip, our CRM and email providers, and payment processors — each bound by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require.
